Our SDA homes have been purpose-built or adapted to suit the needs of NDIS participants with high support needs. These are often related to accessibility, or the level of person-to-person support you need. For example, you might need a home with reinforced ceilings so you can get a ceiling hoist installed.
Our SDA homes meet the NDIS’ standards and requirements for Specialist Disability Accommodation.
You might choose to live in a shared home with a small number of other people where you have your own private bedroom. Or you might choose to live in Specialist Disability Accommodation by yourself or with a friend or partner.
Together, we will work out the best option for you and your needs.
We have SDA homes in New South Wales and Queensland. We currently do not provide SDA in South Australia and Victoria.
